O is for Outdoor Photo Contest

Do you enjoy spending time outdoors? Then it's time to start snapping some pics and enter them in the annual Pennsylvania Parks & Forest Foundation photography contest. The detailed rules can be found HERE but some basic rules are:

1. Deadline is noon on September 30, 2025

2. Photos must be taken in Pennsylvania State Parks or State Forests

3. Three photos per entrant in each category

Each photo must fit a category and this year's categories are:

• Beyond the Trail

• Comradery on the Trail

• Peaceful Easy Feeling

• Tales (or Tails) from the Trail

• Texture of the Trail

• Young Photographers (12-17)

You've got five months to get out there and find the perfect shot!
